AAA-10
BSH Inhibitor
AAA-10 is a potent bile salt hydrolase (BSH) inhibitor, targeting gut bacterial enzymes with IC50 values of 10 nM for Bacteroides theta rBSH and 80 nM for Bifidobacterium longum rBSH.
