AcrB Inhibitor

AcrB-IN-6 is a potent inhibitor of the AcrB multidrug efflux pump. This compound significantly enhances the antibacterial efficacy of various antibiotics by disrupting the pump's function, achieving up to a 32-fold reduction in the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) in wild-type E. coli BW25113.
