Antitubercular agent-13

Antitubercular Agent

Antitubercular agent-13 (Compound 3d) primarily targets Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and exhibits potent antibacterial activity with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 0.007 µg/mL against MTB H37Rv and 1.851 µg/mL against multidrug-resistant MTB (MDR-MTB) strain 16833. This compound is relevant for research focused on tuberculosis treatment and the development of new antitubercular therapies. However, it is characterized by metabolic instability, which may influence its efficacy in therapeutic applications.
