Antitubercular agent-20

Antitubercular Agent

Antitubercular agent-20 is an orally active compound targeting Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB), exhibiting exceptional efficacy against both sensitive MTB H37Rv and multidrug-resistant (MDR-MTB) strains, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of less than 0.016 µg/ml. Additionally, it demonstrates low cytotoxicity and favorable tolerance in BALB/c mice, making it a promising candidate for antitubercular research applications.
