Antitubercular agent-21

Antitubercular Agent

Antitubercular agent-21 is a potent antitubercular compound targeting Mycobacterium tuberculosis, demonstrating a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.4 µg/mL against the H37Rv strain. Its selectivity highlights lower effectiveness against other microorganisms, including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria as well as fungi. Additionally, antitubercular agent-21 exhibits low cytotoxicity, making it a suitable candidate for further research and development in the fight against tuberculosis.
