Antitubercular Agent
Antitubercular agent-39 is a potent antitubercular agent targeting Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This compound exhibits significant efficacy against both drug-resistant strains and drug-susceptible clinical isolates, demonstrating a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of less than 1 μM against the Mtb strain H37Rv.
