Aspulvinone H is a potent inhibitor targeting pancreatic lipase, acetylcholinesterase, glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 (GOT1), and α-glucosidase, with IC50 values of 25.95 μM, 47.06 μM, 5.91/6.91 μM, and 4.6 μM, respectively. It demonstrates key biological activities including inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, disruption of glutamine metabolism, and induction of apoptosis in cancer cells. Additionally, Aspulvinone H lowers postprandial blood glucose levels in mice and exhibits antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus.
