LeuRS Inhibitor
BC-LI-0186 is a selective inhibitor of leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS) and its interaction with the Ras-related GTP-binding protein D (RagD), exhibiting an IC50 of 46.11 nM. This compound competitively binds to the RagD interaction site of LeuRS, showing a Kd of 42.1 nM. It effectively inhibits cancer-associated mTOR mutants and impedes the growth of rapamycin-resistant cancer cells. BC-LI-0186 holds significant potential as a research agent for lung cancer investigation.
