AcrB Inhibitor
BDM91514 is an AcrB inhibitor that enhances the efficacy of antibiotics by targeting the AcrB efflux pump. This compound demonstrates significant antibacterial activity, effectively inhibiting the growth of E. coli BW25113 with an effective concentration (EC90) of 8 μM when combined with 8 µg/mL of Pyridomycin.
