DeepRed Nucleus Dye
DNA Probe
DeepRed Nucleus Dye is a far-red fluorescing DNA probe that effectively permeates cell membranes. It excites at 647 nm and emits fluorescence spanning from 665 nm to over 780 nm, allowing for accurate assessment of cellular DNA content. This dye is compatible with FITC and RPE-labelled antibodies, facilitating multiplexing without requiring fluorescence compensation, making it suitable for various research applications in cell biology and molecular studies.
