Mtb Inhibitor

DQn-1 is a potent antifolate that specifically targets Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) through the inhibition of dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) enzyme activity. It exhibits a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC90) of 0.03 µM against Mtb, while demonstrating IC50 values of 8.7 nM and 7.6 nM for Mtb and human DHFR, respectively.
