Green CMFDA
Cell Tracer
Green CMFDA is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe that serves as an effective cell tracer. It is cleaved by non-specific esterases present in live cells, resulting in the generation of fluorescein, which emits fluorescence at 514 nm upon excitation at 485 nm. This property makes Green CMFDA valuable for various research applications, including cell tracking and monitoring cellular processes in live-cell imaging studies.
