HT1171
Antitubercular Agent
HT1171 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteasome, demonstrating significant antitubercular activity. It exhibits an MIC90 of 2 μg/mL and an MIC of 4 μg/mL against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. At a concentration of 100 μM, HT1171 shows a 53.8% inhibition rate on human normal hepatocytes L02. This compound is suitable for research applications targeting tuberculosis treatment strategies.
