ML338

Anti-Tuberculosis Agent

ML338 is a selective small molecule inhibitor targeting non-replicating Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It exhibits potent anti-tuberculosis activity, with IC90 and IC99 values of 1 μM and 4 μM, respectively, as determined by colony-forming units (CFU). This compound serves as a valuable tool for investigating essential functions and vulnerabilities of M. tuberculosis under nutrient deprivation conditions. ML338 is ideal for research focused on tuberculosis chemotherapy and the elucidation of bacterial survival mechanisms.
