MMP-1/MMP-9 Substrate
MMP-1/MMP-9 Substrate, Fluorogenic is a highly sensitive substrate specifically designed for the detection of matrix metalloproteinases MMP-1 and MMP-9. Upon cleavage by these enzymes, it emits fluorescence with excitation and emission wavelengths at 340 nm and 440 nm, respectively. This substrate is ideal for research applications involving extracellular matrix remodeling, cancer metastasis studies, and the assessment of tissue remodeling processes.
