OATD-01
Chitinase Inhibitor
OATD-01 is a selective chitinase inhibitor that demonstrates high potency with an IC50 value of 23 nM against human chitinase 1 (hCHIT1). This first-in-class compound exhibits a favorable pharmacokinetic profile across various species and shows selective inhibition with minimal off-target effects. OATD-01 is effective in demonstrating antifibrotic activity in vivo, making it a valuable tool for research into pulmonary fibrosis, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
