PAT-347

ATX Inhibitor

PAT-347 is an inhibitor of Autotaxin (ATX), a secreted enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) to produce lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). By modulating LPA levels, PAT-347 enables the investigation of ATX's role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation. This compound is useful in research related to cancer, inflammation, and other pathophysiological conditions where ATX and LPA signaling are implicated.
