PptT Inhibitor

PptT-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of PptT, with an IC50 value of 0.71 μM. This compound effectively inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv, displaying a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 42 μM. Additionally, PptT-IN-4 shows inhibitory activity on hERG, hCav1.2, and hNav1.5 ion channels, with respective IC50 values of 11 μM, 8.1 μM, and 6.9 μM. This makes PptT-IN-4 significant for research in tuberculosis treatment and cardiovascular safety pharmacology.
