TAM-16
Pks13 Inhibitor
TAM-16 is a potent inhibitor of polyketide synthase 13 (Pks13) with an IC50 value of 0.32 μM. It exhibits significant antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, making it a valuable tool in tuberculosis research. Additionally, TAM-16 has been shown to inhibit the hERG cardiac ion channel, which may have implications for cardiovascular studies.
