In Vivo Studies

In human HT1080 fibrosarcoma xenograft tumors in athymic Cre nu/nu mice, daily intraperitoneal injections of 1 mg Thiabendazole significantly reduced tumor size compared with an equal volume of DMSO injected in the same manner. In C. elegans carrying cyp-35a5::GFP, Thiabendazole at 0.125 mM for 1 hour produced strong GFP expression. The same treatment produced strong GFP expression in C. elegans carrying cyp-35d1::GFP.
