MMP-3 Fluorogenic Substrate

TNO003 is a selective fluorogenic substrate that specifically targets stromelysin-1 (MMP-3). This reagent exhibits superior selectivity for MMP-3 over other matrix metalloproteinases, including MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, and MMP-13. TNO003 is suitable for quantitative determination of stromelysin activity and can be utilized in fluorescence-based assays at an excitation/emission wavelength of 360/490 nm.
