Biological Activity
VR23 is a small molecule that potently inhibited the activities of trypsin-like proteasomes (IC50 = 1 nM), chymotrypsin-like proteasomes (IC50 = 50-100 nM), and caspase-like proteasomes (IC50 = 3uM).
