Z-Gly-Pro-AMC
Fluorogenic Substrate
Z-Gly-Pro-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate specifically targeted for prolyl endopeptidase. Upon hydrolysis, it releases the highly fluorescent compound 7-Amino-4-methylcoumarin, which exhibits excitation and emission maxima at 380 nm and 465 nm, respectively.
