ZIKV Inhibitor
ZIKV-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of the Zika virus, with an EC50 value of 2.8 μM and an EC90 of 6.8 μM, demonstrating significant antiviral activity while maintaining low cytotoxicity. This compound exhibits strong binding affinity to the Zika virus RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) domain, making it a valuable tool for studying Zika virus replication mechanisms. Additionally, ZIKV-IN-1 contains an alkyne group that enables its use as a click chemistry reagent, facilitating copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) for various molecular applications in research.
