SYBR Green II (Ionic form)

SYBR Green II (Ionic form) is a fluorescent nucleic acid dye that selectively binds to single-stranded nucleotides. It demonstrates high sensitivity for detecting oligonucleotides and larger nucleic acid polymers across various cell types and gel matrices. This reagent is particularly useful for investigating cell structure, assessing membrane integrity and function, as well as analyzing cell cycle distribution. Emission and excitation wavelengths are 484 nm and 515 nm, respectively.
