Solid Tumor Antigens

Solid tumor antigen antibodies bind surface proteins overexpressed on carcinoma, sarcoma or neuroblastoma cells. Zolbetuximab targets claudin 18.2, and enfortumab binds Nectin-4, an adhesion protein that is common in urothelial cancer. Sacituzumab and datopotamab bind trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2), and mirvetuximab binds folate receptor alpha (FRα). Dinutuximab recognizes the disialoganglioside GD2, and labetuzumab binds carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5). Many of these antibodies are the targeting component of antibody-drug conjugates used in internalization, payload delivery and cytotoxicity studies.
