Research Areas

Research areas organize the Adooq catalog by biological field rather than by compound class. Each area leads to a page of inhibitors, agonists, proteins and related reagents used to study one group of mechanisms, from cancer and immunology to neuroscience and metabolism. Broad fields such as cancer, immunology, signal transduction and cardiovascular research also link to sub-topics on individual pathways and diseases. The proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) area covers degraders, linkers and E3 ubiquitin ligase ligands used in targeted protein degradation studies.
