CaSR inhibitor
Calhex 231 hydrochloride is a potent negative allosteric modulator of the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR), with an IC50 of 0.39 μM for inhibiting \[³H]inositol phosphate accumulation induced by CaSR activation.
